Delivery & Shipping

Our delivery partner is Post Haste. Every order we dispatch will receive an email with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

Non-subscription orders are dispatched each Friday (excluding public holidays and a shutdown period over Christmas New Years). Subscription orders are packed and shipped after the 1st of the month, and are typically dispatched within the first 7 working days.

The average time for your order to arrive once it has been shipped depends on where you are in the country (orders may take longer to arrive than normal during peak periods like Christmas.):*

Auckland - 1-2 Working Days

North Island - 1-3 Working Days

South Island - 3-5 Working Days

Note: If your delivery address is rural then it is typically an additional 1-3 working days to your region's average time.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Some items are too large to package together so are shipped individually.

If you have any issues with the delivery of your order please first contact Post Haste, as once a package has left our warehouse we have no direct control over it's delivery. If they aren't able to solve the issue or you'd prefer to deal with us instead we're happy to assist and you can contact us at help@theliquorcellar.nz (checked each Friday excluding public holidays and Christmas New Years shutdown period).
